The lack of air conditioning became a significant downside, as it only circulated ambient air, leading to uncomfortable nights. our plans were initially disrupted when we didn’t receive the promised complimentary sparkling wine or extra amenities until after several requests. The noise levels from traffic outside and thin walls made sleep difficult, especially with bustling activity at the nearby Yumbo Centre and morning disturbances from other guests.
